Sauce Shampoo Filler Liquid Filling Machine Bottle Filling Machine With 10 Heads/10 nozzles

The machine is a high-tech filling equipment that is programmable by microcomputer (PLC), photoelectric sensing and pneumatic execution. This model is designed for food, such as: white wine, soy sauce, vinegar, seasonings, vegetable oil, syrup, mineral water and other edible liquids and pesticide chemical liquid filling. The filling metering is accurate, no bubbles, no dripping. Suitable for filling various bottle types of 50-1000ml

Suitable for filling different sizes of containers, it can switch filling specifications in a few minutes, with short filling cycle and high production capacity. Replacing the filling specifications without adding spare parts, only need to make adjustments can be completed, the user can select the filling quantity according to his own production capacity to determine the number of filling heads, touch-operated color screen, can display the production status, operating procedures, filling methods, etc. The screen is intuitive, easy to operate and easy to maintain. Each filling head is provided with a card opening setting to ensure accurate alignment of the injection.

The design adopts the linear grouping method of bottle feeding and bottle discharging, and the filling function is expanded. The containers of various shapes can be effectively filled in the equipment, and the international advanced gas filling valve is selected to ensure no dripping during the filling process. No coveted, powerful PLC software support, can achieve ideal filling operation, man-machine interface, all operations are done on the touch color screen.

The filling uses fixed flow path parameters to control the filling time to achieve different metering filling. The precise time of pneumatic valve filling can be set to 0.01 seconds, which can control the measurement accuracy within ±1% error range, reduce unnecessary material loss and improve user economic benefits. The metering of each filling head can be individually adjusted to achieve consistent filling metering. This machine sets the bottle feeding technical program, no bottle, the counting is not in place, and the filling is started only when the number of bottles recorded by the counter matches the set number of filled bottles. The amount of filling can be adjusted to the required filling volume, and then fine-tuned to obtain the ideal filling measurement accuracy.
